DEFINITIONS<\/h5><p data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1462\">The following definitions apply within these Terms:<\/p><p data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1525\"><strong data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1475\">Booking<\/strong><br data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1478\"\/>A confirmed appointment for a dental procedure.<\/p><p data-start=\"1527\" data-end=\"1625\"><strong data-start=\"1527\" data-end=\"1551\">Booking Confirmation<\/strong><br data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1554\"\/>Written confirmation sent to the patient following the booking request.<\/p><p data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1726\"><strong data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1643\">Consultation<\/strong><br data-start=\"1643\" data-end=\"1646\"\/>A face-to-face examination and consultation with the dentist prior to treatment.<\/p><p data-start=\"1728\" data-end=\"1820\"><strong data-start=\"1728\" data-end=\"1748\">Dental Procedure<\/strong><br data-start=\"1748\" data-end=\"1751\"\/>The dental treatment agreed upon between the patient and the dentist.<\/p><p data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"1907\"><strong data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"1830\">Fees<\/strong><br data-start=\"1830\" data-end=\"1833\"\/>The cost payable for the dental treatment specified in the treatment plan.<\/p><p data-start=\"1909\" data-end=\"2003\"><strong data-start=\"1909\" data-end=\"1937\">Medical Assessment Forms<\/strong><br data-start=\"1937\" data-end=\"1940\"\/>Medical history and consent forms completed prior to treatment.<\/p><p data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2053\"><strong data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2016\">Website<\/strong><br data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2019\"\/><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/secilsumengenyazici.com.tr\/en\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2019\" data-end=\"2053\">https:\/\/secilsumengenyazici.com.tr<\/a><\/p><hr data-start=\"2055\" data-end=\"2058\"><h6 data-section-id=\"1luhvxs\" data-start=\"2060\" data-end=\"2086\">2. YOUR DENTAL PROCEDURE<\/h6><p data-start=\"2088\" data-end=\"2119\">Your dental treatment includes:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2121\" data-end=\"2288\"><li data-section-id=\"bzqttl\" data-start=\"2121\" data-end=\"2160\">Initial consultation with the dentist<\/li><li data-section-id=\"vyvisf\" data-start=\"2161\" data-end=\"2209\">Dental X-ray or diagnostic imaging if required<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1q3vv2r\" data-start=\"2210\" data-end=\"2239\">The agreed dental treatment<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1pbb5sn\" data-start=\"2240\" data-end=\"2288\">Aftercare instructions following the procedure<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2290\" data-end=\"2367\">Unless otherwise agreed, the following are <strong data-start=\"2333\" data-end=\"2349\">not included<\/strong> in the treatment:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2369\" data-end=\"2523\"><li data-section-id=\"khobwv\" data-start=\"2369\" data-end=\"2388\">Travel to T\u00fcrkiye<\/li><li data-section-id=\"d7gf1s\" data-start=\"2389\" data-end=\"2404\">Accommodation<\/li><li data-section-id=\"84wene\" data-start=\"2405\" data-end=\"2423\">Travel insurance<\/li><li data-section-id=\"11l0mcz\" data-start=\"2424\" data-end=\"2451\">Passport or visa expenses<\/li><li data-section-id=\"jdzjrr\" data-start=\"2452\" data-end=\"2494\">Medications outside the dental procedure<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1bmmlx6\" data-start=\"2495\" data-end=\"2523\">Food and personal expenses<\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2525\" data-end=\"2528\"><h6 data-section-id=\"4xxmhz\" data-start=\"2530\" data-end=\"2557\">3. BOOKING YOUR TREATMENT<\/h6><p data-start=\"2559\" data-end=\"2585\">A contract is formed when:<\/p><ol data-start=\"2587\" data-end=\"2649\"><li data-section-id=\"17xb1d7\" data-start=\"2587\" data-end=\"2612\">You accept these Terms<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1bea36b\" data-start=\"2613\" data-end=\"2649\">We confirm your booking via email<\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"2651\" data-end=\"2716\">Your booking confirmation will include a proposed treatment plan.<\/p><p data-start=\"2718\" data-end=\"2740\">Patients must provide:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2742\" data-end=\"2863\"><li data-section-id=\"t7bwlu\" data-start=\"2742\" data-end=\"2760\">Personal details<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1vzrqel\" data-start=\"2761\" data-end=\"2792\">Emergency contact information<\/li><li data-section-id=\"5e86zl\" data-start=\"2793\" data-end=\"2810\">Medical history<\/li><li data-section-id=\"ye0x6x\" data-start=\"2811\" data-end=\"2832\">Current medications<\/li><li data-section-id=\"foa9c4\" data-start=\"2833\" data-end=\"2863\">Passport details if required<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2865\" data-end=\"2960\">Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in cancellation or additional charges.<\/p><p data-start=\"2962\" data-end=\"3083\">The dentist performing the treatment will be a qualified professional registered with the <strong data-start=\"3052\" data-end=\"3082\">Turkish Dental Association<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"3085\" data-end=\"3185\">All dental procedures carry potential risks. These risks will be explained during your consultation. <\/p><hr data-start=\"3187\" data-end=\"3190\"><h6 data-section-id=\"1q23jba\" data-start=\"3192\" data-end=\"3204\">4. PAYMENT<\/h6><p data-start=\"3206\" data-end=\"3280\">The price of your treatment will be indicated in the booking confirmation.<\/p><p data-start=\"3282\" data-end=\"3301\">Payment conditions:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3303\" data-end=\"3498\"><li data-section-id=\"a0ckq8\" data-start=\"3303\" data-end=\"3357\">A <strong data-start=\"3307\" data-end=\"3334\">deposit may be required<\/strong> to secure the booking.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"w1z0b9\" data-start=\"3358\" data-end=\"3429\">Remaining balance must be paid <strong data-start=\"3391\" data-end=\"3428\">before or on the day of treatment<\/strong>.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"ffb9pf\" data-start=\"3430\" data-end=\"3498\">Payments may be made via bank transfer, debit\/credit card or cash.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3500\" data-end=\"3541\">Late payments may incur interest charges.<\/p><p data-start=\"3543\" data-end=\"3613\">If you believe an invoice is incorrect, please contact us immediately.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3615\" data-end=\"3618\"><h6 data-section-id=\"rsmonf\" data-start=\"3620\" data-end=\"3648\">5. CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING<\/h6><p data-start=\"3650\" data-end=\"3685\">If you wish to change your booking:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3687\" data-end=\"3846\"><li data-section-id=\"w466ih\" data-start=\"3687\" data-end=\"3735\">We will try to accommodate reasonable requests<\/li><li data-section-id=\"86pwbl\" data-start=\"3736\" data-end=\"3784\">Changes may affect treatment schedules or fees<\/li><li data-section-id=\"j903pq\" data-start=\"3785\" data-end=\"3846\">Written confirmation will be provided for any modifications<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3946\">Patients have <strong data-start=\"3862\" data-end=\"3886\">14 days from booking<\/strong> to cancel without penalty if treatment has not yet started.<\/p><p data-start=\"3948\" data-end=\"4036\">If cancellation occurs after this period, administrative or cancellation fees may apply.<\/p><p data-start=\"4038\" data-end=\"4085\">Cancellations must be submitted <strong data-start=\"4070\" data-end=\"4084\">in writing<\/strong>.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4087\" data-end=\"4090\"><h6 data-section-id=\"lg1bnv\" data-start=\"4092\" data-end=\"4116\">6. OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL<\/h6><p data-start=\"4118\" data-end=\"4162\">We reserve the right to cancel a booking if:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4164\" data-end=\"4306\"><li data-section-id=\"ejb1gw\" data-start=\"4164\" data-end=\"4190\">Payment is not completed<\/li><li data-section-id=\"127fzy\" data-start=\"4191\" data-end=\"4237\">Required medical information is not provided<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1c8dot6\" data-start=\"4238\" data-end=\"4306\">The patient behaves disrespectfully toward staff or other patients<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4308\" data-end=\"4431\">In such cases, we may refund payments for treatments not yet provided but reserve the right to deduct administrative costs.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4433\" data-end=\"4436\"><h6 data-section-id=\"1598cyl\" data-start=\"4438\" data-end=\"4459\">7. TRAVEL INSURANCE<\/h6><p data-start=\"4461\" data-end=\"4582\">Patients traveling to T\u00fcrkiye for dental treatment are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel and health insurance.<\/p><p data-start=\"4584\" data-end=\"4673\">We are not responsible for expenses that would normally be covered by personal insurance.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4675\" data-end=\"4678\"><h6 data-section-id=\"zemj6s\" data-start=\"4680\" data-end=\"4704\">8. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS<\/h6><p data-start=\"4706\" data-end=\"4744\">Patients are responsible for ensuring:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4746\" data-end=\"4845\"><li data-section-id=\"x39j1y\" data-start=\"4746\" data-end=\"4762\">Valid passport<\/li><li data-section-id=\"q4kxzf\" data-start=\"4763\" data-end=\"4796\">Visa requirements if applicable<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1apq434\" data-start=\"4797\" data-end=\"4845\">Compliance with entry requirements for T\u00fcrkiye<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4847\" data-end=\"4913\">Any travel-related expenses are the responsibility of the patient.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4915\" data-end=\"4918\"><h6 data-section-id=\"1vxvx1y\" data-start=\"4920\" data-end=\"4934\">9. LIABILITY<\/h6><p data-start=\"4936\" data-end=\"5059\">We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by negligence or failure to provide services with reasonable care.<\/p><p data-start=\"5061\" data-end=\"5097\">However, we are not responsible for:<\/p><ul data-start=\"5099\" data-end=\"5243\"><li data-section-id=\"1oll49i\" data-start=\"5099\" data-end=\"5119\">Travel disruptions<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1eakbqy\" data-start=\"5120\" data-end=\"5142\">Accommodation issues<\/li><li data-section-id=\"6hf5kr\" data-start=\"5143\" data-end=\"5160\">Business losses<\/li><li data-section-id=\"16pgouu\" data-start=\"5161\" data-end=\"5243\">Complications arising from incorrect medical information provided by the patient<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"5245\" data-end=\"5323\">Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.<\/p><hr data-start=\"5325\" data-end=\"5328\"><h6 data-section-id=\"1298jpm\" data-start=\"5330\" data-end=\"5356\">10. AFTERCARE &#038; WARRANTY<\/h6><p data-start=\"5358\" data-end=\"5417\">We provide warranty coverage for certain dental procedures.<\/p><p data-start=\"5419\" data-end=\"5460\">However, the warranty may become void if:<\/p><ul data-start=\"5462\" data-end=\"5659\"><li data-section-id=\"16u6own\" data-start=\"5462\" data-end=\"5508\">Dental hygiene instructions are not followed<\/li><li data-section-id=\"11g0qpk\" data-start=\"5509\" data-end=\"5551\">Regular dental checkups are not attended<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1hbeu9g\" data-start=\"5552\" data-end=\"5590\">Damage occurs due to external trauma<\/li><li data-section-id=\"rbp6pc\" data-start=\"5591\" data-end=\"5659\">Treatment is altered by another dental clinic without consultation<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"5661\" data-end=\"5771\">If you experience any issues following treatment, you should contact us immediately so that we can assist you.<\/p><hr data-start=\"5773\" data-end=\"5776\"><h6 data-section-id=\"11zq0tt\" data-start=\"5778\" data-end=\"5792\">11. DISPUTES<\/h6><p data-start=\"5794\" data-end=\"5949\">In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through <strong data-start=\"5881\" data-end=\"5919\">good faith discussion or mediation<\/strong> before pursuing legal action.<\/p><p data-start=\"5951\" data-end=\"6053\">These Terms are governed by the <strong data-start=\"5983\" data-end=\"6002\">laws of T\u00fcrkiye<\/strong>, and disputes shall be resolved in Turkish courts.<\/p><hr data-start=\"6055\" data-end=\"6058\"><h6 data-section-id=\"16dthy5\" data-start=\"6060\" data-end=\"6073\">12. GENERAL<\/h6><p data-start=\"6075\" data-end=\"6230\">Each section of these Terms operates independently.
